INITIAL CONSULTATIONS
If you are interested in an Initial Health or Fertility Consultation with Dr Anthony please contact the team to be added to his waitlist. You may consider having the relevant baseline tests that Dr Anthony recommends (listed below) prior to your initial consultation so they can be used to create your tailored management plan. If you are not sure where to start with tests and investigations, Dr Anthony will make recommendations during your initial consultation.
Initial HEALTH CONSULTATION €250
These 1-hour consultations are guided by your individual needs and Dr Anthony’s intuitive assessment of your situation.
If you are interested in gut microbiome optimisation through tailored supplementation, dietary advice, and lifestyle guidance, Dr Anthony recommends having a comprehensive Intuitive Health Blood Panel done at least 1 week prior to your consultation. Blood test results will be available for discussion at your appointment.
Your session may also include emotional, energetic and spiritual healing through discussion and/or hands on healing.
INITIAL fertility Consultation €250
These 1-hour consultations cover all aspects of fertility depending on your needs. Dr Anthony offers services including comprehensive reproductive health assessments, egg and sperm quality improvement, fertility acupuncture, IVF optimisation, and grief support after miscarriage, unsuccessful IVF journeys or loss of a baby. He is also interested in immune system health and inflammation.
If you are a woman looking for a baseline reproductive health assessment, Dr Anthony recommends the following tests within the same menstrual cycle (click the link to book):
A blood test on day 3 of the menstrual cycle. This can also be done with an Anti Mullerian Hormone Test
A blood test 7 days after ovulation (sometimes called “peak+7 or “day 21” bloods)
A full pelvic ultrasound assessment with Ovascan to check for any anatomical issues. This is best done before ovulation (days 3 - 12)
If you are a man looking for a baseline reproductive health assessment, Dr Anthony recommends the following tests, which can be done at any time (click the link to book):

Review CONSULTATIONS
Dr Anthony offers 30 minute online review consultations for clients hoping to check in and review their progress or discuss results from tests and investigations. He also offers 30 minute in person consultations specifically for combined acupuncture and energy healing.

These 30 minute online review consultations are for existing clients to evaluate their progress, discuss investigation and test results, and amend their management plan.

SHAMANIC ENERGY HEALING
Dr Anthony is a skilled Shamanic Practitioner that offers shamanic energetic healing consultations. This deep internal exploration of your mental, emotional and energetic wellbeing can be profoundly transformative and help you work through situations or patterns in your life that may be causing pain and stagnation.
He offers both 45 minute and 2 hour shamanic experiences and womb healing. The two hour sessions provide more time to explore and identify the shadows that require healing.

During this experience, Dr Anthony uses shamanic energy tracking and counselling techniques to thoroughly explore your energetic body and identify specific energetic blocks, trapped emotions or trauma in the body, and the presence of limiting beliefs. This may also include identifying and healing intergenerational and ancestral trauma that is playing out in the family lineage. These sessions include energetic clearing and healing.
Journey of The Womb
During Shamanic Womb Healing and Trauma Release session, Dr Anthony uses ancient wisdom and intuitive practices to help you release deep-seated personal, familial and ancestral pain and trauma from the womb. This powerful session includes shamanic counselling, meditative visualisation and hands on energy healing. It is ideal for women that have womb or reproductive / hormonal health issues, or those wanting to release inherited shame, guilt or grief from the maternal lineage. These sessions help to reconnect you with your inner womb wisdom.
